Just updated the History In The Box Lesson Plans. Many new Sketchup images, how to instructions for the students and Teacher Notes. With this content a teacher should be able to get away from using photocopies and go digital .....no you can really Flip that classroom.

I was teaching year 7 Design and Tech in a metals workshop.............WHAT TO DO?

Necessity is the mother of invention here.
I simplified a nice little 9-10 fitting project created by a Tasmanian teacher Chris Smith into a cutting, shaping and polishing project. Thanks Chris.
Here is a short Animoto of some of their finished work. The boys at St Virgil's College Hobart loved it so much I plan to build onto the project with a stand and other shape options. Thanks boys for all the great work.

History in the Box is my all-time favourite Project creation. Students from all

levels of society all enjoy this magical project. I am continually amazed at the passion it creates

in the students I teach.
