Because ONSHAPE is cloud based CAD all the updates happen without you having to do anything. It evolves pretty well twice a month with new tools. The collaboration tools are perfect for Class Team work that the students can work on anywhere, anytime.

Here is an example of a Business using Onshape as their primary CAD program .

ONSHAPE https://www.onshape.com/ the only FREE browser based CAD program. Easy student access, anywhere anytime.

The Link below revolves around Year 8 students designing their own Scalextric Cars. The same techniques could also be used

for F1 In Schools or other electric vehicle school challenges. I expect a great use of the schools 3D Printer.
