Since Covid-19 we are all having to tackle Online or E-Learning to varying degrees. To not reinvent the wheel find success or folk who have been doing it for a long time.
Griffith University QLD have been doing just that for many years. HERE

They mention:
- The importance of Social Learning ( Subject Student Forums)
- Time on Task (with a great simple spread sheet calculator)

There is obviously a hunger for information by Leadership. ie This 'Leadership' Topic is one of the most active Links on Digital Teacher's Forum, so please keep on sharing and collecting ideas.
Here is another one for you :)
As ATAR looses it's importance we need to come up with ideas to better support our students.

One way is supporting our new or Trainee Teachers through the better use of Technology (IT)

I live and work in Tasmania. We dont have the distance problem of the mainland but there is still a massive difference between city and rural schools in so many ways.

Student retention is a major problem. Making school relevant to non academic students is the challenge.

Country Education Project (Vic) tackles problems like this, through innovation.

Schools have a wonderful opportunity to use creative ways to learn. Singing is one way to flex / train that young mind.
When you get large numbers of people wanting to sing together something magical happens.

Composed for large crowns and students have to relate to the song helps
